The International Criminal Court is an independent global court with the jurisdiction to prosecute individuals from almost anywhere in the world who are accused of genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression. Our delegation to the recent meetings of the Court will provide updates on current investigations, including in Ukraine, Gaza, Afghanistan, Sudan, and Venezuela.
