THE TURKISH MESSAGE OF STRENGTH AND SOLIDARITY
In a powerful display of unity and support, we embarked on a journey to Istanbul alongside 15 mothers of Srebrenica and Srebrenica Memorial Center with the support of Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency - TİKA and Bağcılar Municipality to shed light on the challenges women in Bosnia face and their relentless pursuit of justice. With our Mother's Scarf art installation and Scarves of Remembrance and Memento photo exhibition, we stand strong, determined to amplify their voices and honor their unwavering strength.
MOTHER'S SCARF IN BELGRADE
As part of the 28th Srebrenica Genocide commemoration, the "Mother's Scarf" installation was also opened in Belgrade on July 11. In the joint effort of our center, the Youth Initiative for Human Rights - YIHR Serbia, the Mothers of Srebrenica and the Srebrenica Memorial Center, the people of Belgrade were given the opportunity to express solidarity with the women and mothers of Srebrenica and pay tribute to all the innocent victims.
