Film: 10 Years on: The Yazidi Genocide


In observance of the 10th anniversary of the 2014 Yazidi Genocide, a recently released documentary episode of Faces of Persecution: 10 YEARS ON: The Yazidi Genocide reveals a visual journey of the ISIS atrocities with compelling stories by formerly enslaved Yazidi women as well as historians and religious experts.


Faces of Persecution: Exploring Global Religious Oppressions documentary series, by the award-winning, non-profit Armenoid Productions team–with Director/Producer Bared Maronian and Writer/Producer Jackie Abramian–aims to increase public awareness of freedom of religion, belief, and multi-faith co-existence. With partner organizations and an all-female Advisory Board of globally recognized figures, the teams’ previous documentaries have earned millions of global views and secured up to 8.4 IMDB ratings.
